Cancellation Policy

AIRBNB MINIS — TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Payment • A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your session. • Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. • Your date and time are not confirmed until the booking fee is paid. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session forfeit the booking fee. • If the photographer needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be offered or the booking fee refunded. Session Duration & Inclusions • Airbnb Minis are short sessions (30–45 minutes, depending on your selected package). • The number of delivered images is based on the package booked. • Quick styling/tidying is included; full staging is not provided. Host Responsibilities • The property must be clean, tidy, and photo-ready upon arrival. • Any delays caused by the property not being ready will reduce the shooting time. • Pets must be secured during the session. Travel • A travel fee applies for locations beyond the included radius (distance quoted at the time of booking). Delivery • Edited images are delivered within 3–5 business days via an online gallery. • Additional images (if requested) are charged at the listed rate. • Same-day or 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on. Usage & Licensing • Images include commercial usage for Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, VRBO, social media, and your accommodation’s own website. • Images may not be sold, transferred, or used by third parties (e.g., magazines, real-estate agencies, brands) without written permission or an extended licence. Photographer Rights • The photographer retains copyright to all images. • Images may be used for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the session. Weather • Light rain or cloud does not automatically require rescheduling. • Severe weather affecting image quality or safety will result in a rescheduled date. Property Condition • The photographer is not responsible for moving heavy furniture, cleaning, or repairing property items. • The photographer will take care while shooting, but the client is responsible for the safety and condition of the property. Refunds • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided once images have been delivered. By booking an Airbnb Mini Session, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
